Job Description:
Join a rapidly growing company as an Emergency Service Coordinator.  You’ll receive training in use of job tracking computer software, estimating software, and a variety of other programs to assist you in the coordination of all aspects of emergency service jobs.  With new programs rolling out, we have a great opportunity for hard-working, self-motivated workers who have a desire to be part of our fire-, water- and wind-damaged emergency mitigation services.  Come learn why people call American Craftsman Restoration—“When an Ordinary Hero Just Won’t Do!”

Skills: 

Customer Service:  Able to communicate in English in a pleasing way to our clients, insurance adjusters, and our employees.  Bilingual is a plus.
Detail Focused:  Stay current with all aspects of emergency service jobs, such as plumbing repairs, asbestos testing, and dryout progress.  Use computerized systems to communicate with clients and insurance companies for at least 30 jobs simultaneously.
Computation:  Able to type at least 30 words per minute and use typical office applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.  Able to perform math computations with a calculator or spreadsheet.
Lifting:  Physically able to lift moderate weights of 35-50 pounds.
Teamwork: Expected to participate as the coordinator of an emergency team to diagnose, organize, and execute a plan for emergency mitigation services. 

Job Benefits:
Job benefits include medical, holidays, and vacations. Hours are 7:30-4:30.  There also is an opportunity to work over-time assisting as part of emergency response teams.
